I wanted to take the time and let you know what a great associate you have in Melissa. Often people do not take the time to give praise but they do have the time to send negative messages. This message is positive in nature. My Family recently relocated from Wisconsin to the Saline area. Melissa assisted us with house hunting for purchase or to rent. She made herself avail all hours of the day and evenings. (to include weekends and holidays) We ran into some issues with our rental and Melissa did not leave us high and dry. She helped us work through our issue and found us another house to rent. This issue was over the holidays and she never gave the impression that we were bothering her.
